HANOVER, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 16, 2023-- Ciena^® Corporation (NYSE: CIEN), a networking systems, services and software company, announced today that proxy materials are now available for its 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Gary B. Smith, President and CEO, and David M. Rothenstein, Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer and Corporate Secretary, will facilitate the meeting.

The notice will also include instructions for accessing Ciena's proxy materials online or requesting paper copies of the materials.
